InnCommunity is the nonprofit organization behind The Power of One Fund (POOF!), serving as the umbrella for all our community impact programs.
Founded in 2022, InnCommunity unites local Boards of Education, volunteers, and student service participants to create pathways for those who might not otherwise have access to enrichment opportunities.

At its heart, InnCommunity is built on a simple but powerful mission — to “recycle talents” by connecting people, skills, and resources to inspire growth, opportunity, and lasting community impact. We believe that real change begins at home, and that every act of kindness and collaboration has the potential to transform lives.

To build stronger, more connected communities through education, mentorship, creative initiatives, and family support.
We believe that every person—no matter their background—has the power to make a lasting difference when given the right tools, encouragement, and community support.

WHAT WE DO

InnCommunity develops and oversees programs that promote growth and opportunity across education, the arts, and local outreach. Our initiatives include:

• The Power of One Fund (POOF!) – providing scholarships, tuition assistance, and student enrichment opportunities both domestically and abroad.

• Community Partnerships – connecting local businesses and donors to meaningful, measurable impact through collaborative giving campaigns and sponsorships.

• Family & Youth Initiatives – supporting mentorship, wellness, and personal growth through creative projects, service programs, and volunteer events.

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN InnCommunity & POOF!

POOF! operates as the scholarship and student-support division of InnCommunity, designed to support gifted students with financial need in pursuing education, specialized training, and creative development.
Every dollar raised, every event hosted, and every partnership formed through POOF! directly supports InnCommunity’s larger mission of empowering families and strengthening communities—one student, one act, and one connection at a time.

Together, InnCommunity and POOF! create a bridge between potential and opportunity, helping make fitness for the mind, body, and future accessible to all.
